This is for you if…
You already run a business, practice, or substantial professional work
You think in systems and want to work less while accomplishing more
You give a damn about the people in the room
You're done with accountability groups and want real peer thinking
You can hold a confidence and expect others to hold yours
You'll show up consistently — meetings, circles, and the lounge in between
This is not for you if…
You're looking for clients or a place to sell your services
You want someone to do the work for you or build your business
You need motivation, hype, or weekly accountability check-ins
You're hoping for a direct pipeline to JB outside the meetings
You can't make a one-year commitment
You drop into things and disappear
01
Open Week
Open floor, hosted by Karen.
Members bring what they're working through, share wins, ask the room for input. Karen keeps the conversation moving and makes sure quieter voices get the floor.
02
JB Teaches
A session from the system.
JB delivers a teaching session on a core topic from his system — Mission, Vision, Sacred 6, delegation, efficiency, system design. Topics rotate.
03
Member Teaches
A member presents.
A member presents to the group. Every presentation delivers three clear takeaways the room can use immediately. Slots booked one quarter ahead.
04
Circles & Breakouts
Smaller groups, deeper peer work.
Smaller groups of members meet for deeper peer work. RSVP required so members are matched thoughtfully — by industry, stage, or focus.
Meetings run one hour by design. Members regularly stay longer. When you need to leave, you leave.
"Members in Japan, Germany, Australia, and across the US."
The room
01
No recording.
Meetings are not recorded. What is said in the room stays in the room.
02
Cone of silence.
Massive privacy. What members share is confidential. This is what allows real vulnerability and real conversation.
03
No selling.
Members do not sell to other members. Period.
04
Consult before you buy.
Considering a course, program, or significant business purchase? Ask the group first. We're here to help you think it through — not to be sold to after the fact.
