I’m an IT consultant, project manager, and trainer based in Nuremberg, Germany. I've been running my own consulting firm since 1997, specializing in IT security, software development, process optimization, and controlling. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies like Deutsche Bahn, Telefonica, Bosch, and STABILO.

Within the MorningCoach community, I’m often called “Mr. Pomodoro” because I’m passionate about timeboxing and productivity techniques. I truly believe that structure creates freedom, and my personal motto is: “Structure your time, design your life.”

I’m currently writing my first book, where I introduce the PACT-System—a personal growth framework built around the principles of Plan, Act, Check, and Treasure. It’s designed to help people live intentionally, reflect meaningfully, and take focused action.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me in the Alps—cruising along winding mountain roads in my MX-5, enjoying the freedom of the open drive. I also love great food and wine, nature, and deep conversations that go beyond the surface.
