We live in an either/or world. Too often we’re told to choose between success or relationships, ambition or wellbeing, contribution or self-care.
I’ve come to believe that living a full, meaningful life requires a focus on AND.
I can have a successful career AND great relationships at home.
I can love myself AND contribute to the wellbeing of others.
By day, I work in technical training for a SaaS company. Alongside that, I coach and consult with professionals who want to grow in their careers without sacrificing their relationships, health, or core values. My work focuses on developing the whole person—not just performance at work.
Sometimes that means practical skills like presentations, communication, or active listening. At other times, the work goes deeper: strengthening relationships, refining daily routines, or re-examining the values that guide how someone shows up in their life and work. My background in technical training gives me a structured, practical lens, while coaching allows space for reflection, alignment, and sustainable change.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that success without alignment eventually feels hollow—and alignment without action doesn’t create real momentum. The goal isn’t perfection, but clarity, consistency, and a sense that the different parts of life are working together rather than competing.
I’ve been a Morning Coach member since 2009 and have seen many changes over the years, but one thing has remained constant: JB’s commitment to helping people live lives they’re proud of—making a difference while creating an amazing lifestyle, however they choose to define it. That philosophy has deeply influenced how I think about growth, contribution, and community.
This is the work I’m committed to, and the kind of conversations I enjoy being part of here. If any of this resonates, I’m glad we’re in the same community.
