[00:00:05] Good morning and welcome to Morning Coach today. I am so glad you’re with us. As you know, my name J.B. Glossinger, and this is your personal evolution system, the place you get your day started right. Welcome, welcome, welcome, and I’m so glad you’re with me today. It is Monday, and I am back. It is Labor Day, and I’m still working through this little dental issue. It’s going to take some time. Got some serious work done. It’s a joy. Fun stuff, right? Hey, got to find joy in it. I talked about it last week. Still recovering, but I can get on here. I can get the podcast up, and I’m going to do that. Today will be abbreviated anyways because it’s Labor Day. But I am back, and I want to thank Lee Kellogg for jumping in there on Saturday. Did such a great job. Lee, thank you so much for that. Lee has been a longtime Morning Coach member, also is now doing a podcast. We’ve been trying to get her to do forever. Lee, great job! Lee, she’s doing it now. We love her to death. And if you get a chance, check that out. And also Tony Booth. Tony has been with me for years also, and Tony did a great job on Sunday, yesterday. Thank you, Tony. Tony also, he does a daily podcast also called the Construction Coach. He’s been with me for years and been a longtime Morning Coach member. And I appreciate both of those, both, both of those awesome, awesome, awesome Morning Coach members, Lee and Tony, jumping in to give me a hand there as I’m dealing with this. We’ll probably do some more of that in the future. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring other people in, and we’re really reaching a lot of people now and doing some new things here at Morning Coach.
[00:01:49] And that’s kind of what I want to do is give you some updates today on what we’re going to be doing. This week, as you know, it’s Labor Day here in the United States, meaning it’s a holiday. Most people are off. You may be listening to this on Tuesday. That’s totally cool. This week is really starting officially tomorrow. But I want to give you some updates. So, today is Labor Day. Tomorrow, what we’re going to be doing this week is we’re going to be talking about health this month. So, it’s going to be a big month.
[00:02:13] So, tomorrow, we’re going to talk about Health is Wealth. On Wednesday, we’re talking about the importance of a daily routine for a healthy life. That’s going to be a reoccurring thing here at Morning Coach now. It’s so important to have a morning routine. And I’ll explain that in a minute. We’re really going to solidify the morning routine. Thursday, we’re going to do an interview, and I haven’t done an interview in a while, but I’m going to have Scott Voelker on. Scott had me on his show, it’s called the Amazing Seller podcast, and there’s a lot of new people here. You probably, you know, there’s a few people who’ve come over from Scott’s podcasts, and Scott is really interesting in that he’s a lot like me and that he build it up over the years, and he’s really been in the space of helping people with their Amazon business. But he’s looking to expand that, and he’s a very interesting person and I love his story. And it fits right into this week because he’s really got this focus on health recently, and his business has been directly affected. So I’m going to interview Scott. I haven’t had an interview in a long time. Will be fun to have, fun to do on on Thursday. So tune in for that. Friday, we’re going to talk about prosperity and self-care. Saturday, technology and health. I really want you to be here for this one. It’s going to be a good one. And then Sunday, sacred eating, which is one of the most important things that we can do. So really big week for us here. It’s going to be a lot of fun. A lot of great things coming, coming up. And we’re doing some new things.
[00:03:34] So, one of those new things is the new website. As you know, we built the courses on our platform. M/M is coming, and I know this is going to be a huge course. And the course, probably, probably around October is when we’re going to launch it. I’m working on it right now, building the outline, structuring up. Maybe a little bit sooner. But it’s Mindfulness and Meditation for Busy Professionals, and it’s something I think everybody needs. I think it’s something that’s going to be so important for you to work with me. And right now, it’s looking like a 10 week course. I got a textbook for you. We’re structuring it in a way that we can, we can really become better at this aspect of mindfulness and meditation. So, I’m really pumped about that. I’ll be giving you updates as I get the course put together but that will be in the portal that we have. Right? And then the new website is coming along really good.
[00:04:23] So, with the new website, a couple of things so you know what we’re doing. One is we’re creating transcripts of every Coachcast. We’re going backwards. So, you can go search, and basically, what we’re going to do is we’re going to break those out into categories and you can go find one. And then you can listen on the site. You can download the PDF. Every show is going to have a PDF with the entire transcript. The transcript is going to be there, or you can download the MP3. So, it’s a really powerful way to get the coaching, and like I said, we’re going to we’re breaking it up into categories. So, if you’re looking for “abundance,” you’re going to get to go back and get stuff on abundance. If you’re looking for Sacred Six, you’re going to be able to go back. And a lot of people ask why I’m doing all this work and putting this effort out. It’s because I really want to impact the world. It’s time. And by you getting involved and just checking out the new website. We’re doing a new blog post almost every day. So, besides the transcripts, we’re also going to be putting up a lot of great content. So, if you can go over there, comment, become a part of it. It will be really awesome.
[00:05:23] And then another bonus that we’re doing for our Morning Coach members- and, as you know, Morning Coach is closed right now, and we may open it up for a little time, but right now it’s closed. We’re not taking any new members- but we are creating directories. And in that directory, we’re going to be creating a new directory for Morning Coach members. Because we have Lee Kellogg podcasting. We have Tony Booth podcasting. We have Cindy Brown podcasting. Laurie is podcasting. We have a lot of people that are putting stuff out there. Obviously. Jamie Fowlra has been with us for years doing a lot of things. Andy Donahue is putting out, you know, his meditations, courses, and things he’s doing. You know, Annabell is doing her, her translations and transcriptions. There’s so many people doing so many wonderful things that we want to create a directory of members. Right? And in that members, we’re going to put in, you know, kind of what you’re doing and what you’re about so people can find you. The only thing that we’re going to ask for you is there’s going to be two things with this directory. One, you must be a member. Right? You’ve got to be a member in good standing. And I know it’s closed, so you have to get on the waiting list until we open again. And then the other thing is we’re asking for a link back meaning that on your website you just link back to us. It strengthens us. It creates this big spider web of awesomeness between members. So, keep an eye out for that. I’ll be emailing you when we can get the information for you. We’re setting that up right now. We’re building it.
[00:06:43] But you can kind of go play around on the new website and feel how that is, knowing that the log in portion with the courses with ILD and all the courses that we have is separate. You’ll see the login, and you’ll see it takes you into our course portal. Right? So that’s how it works. Then the front end of the website is all of our blogs, our transcripts of podcasts, everything’s right there. And that’s where the directory will be and everything. Then all of our courses are obviously behind the wall, because that’s what you’re getting as a Morning Coach member is access to these courses that I’m doing, you know, about every quarter, depending on how big the course is. And like I said, M/M right now, I’m looking at 10 to possibly 12 weeks because I want to get it done by the end of the year, so we go into January and into December we can start doing Kick Start Your Year. Right? So, we can really get that focus, and we can organize. So, a lot going on here and I’m really excited about it.
[00:07:36] We really want this, what I’m doing here, to be a part of your morning ritual. And then some of the, you know, auxillary courses and things that we’re doing are part of, part of, you know, the things that you add, you know, an hour here, half an hour there. They’re all self-paced in the areas that you need to work on. All I ask is that, you know, you help us get the word out. You know, you subscribe, you review, you write comments, anything you can do like that, you know, and shares, helps us get this message out and helps us go.
[00:08:04] Another thing, we are going to be adding some slight little sponsors to the podcast. Nothing that’s going to interfere with the message. I’m in between on that price point, and I’ll let you know depending on what, what involvement is going to be there. But again, that’s a benefit to you to get that. I am super pumped about what’s going on.
[00:09:20] So, this week, like I said, we’re going to be getting into health. And, all I ask you to do is to really start focusing a little bit on your health. Understand how a morning routine benefits your overall wellbeing. And, maintain that daily routine for a healthy life. Obviously, I am because I’m going through this dental issue. If you’re listening for the first time, you know, I just had an extraction and now we had to build it up with bone… bone… I can’t remember the name of it, slips my mind right now… bone, not transplant, but a bone graft! So, he had to do a bone graft, and now we’re waiting for all of that to heal, and then I can get the implant and we’re good to go. And if you listening for first time, years ago I got kicked in the face playing football, and I knocked out my front tooth. And for years I had a flipper. In fact, when I started Morning Coach, I used to have a flipper, and I went through the dental surgery. And you may have been one of the people that listened to me originally that, you know, when I went through that originally, and I had the front tooth, this implant in. Well, the tooth that was to the right of it was damaged also, and we thought we could save it, and we saved it for as long as we could. And finally we had to take this out. So, this injury actually happened about 35 years ago to me, maybe 30 years ago. And so, it survived that long, but it was time to really do this. So, I’ve got about a four month process. The worst of it’s done. I’m getting through it now. And like I said, Lee and Tony did a great job helping, and you did a great job participating and helping and being here for me.
[00:10:37] And now we’re ready to start going again a little bit. Next week I’ll start really feeling a little bit better. And, in fact, Tuesday morning, tomorrow morning, I’m going in to get my… I’ll have another flipper for a little while, which is, you know, I don’t, flipper’s what we called it for years, but it’s a retainer that I’ll have for a couple of months until we can actually put the implant in. So, you know, it is what it is. And like I said before, health is one of those things that we’ve got to keep working on, and things happen in life. And I’m going to share them here because I’m with you every single day, and I’m going to, you know, keep the positive because, even for me, some of this stuff isn’t positive. But you just, hey, you just got to keep going at it, and keep, keep working at it every day. OK?
