Paul Bond is currently the Chairman of the advisory board and has been a member of Morning Coach for over two years. His professional career spans 30+ years in medicine and nursing. Mr. Bond is a registered nurse in Florida and currently works in a local emergency department as both a staff nurse and nursing educator. He holds a master’s degree from Concordia in nursing leadership and management, and has been a paramedic, director of nursing, legal nurse consultant and an educator. He is also the managing partner of Paul Bond & Associates Consulting, LLC. Through his company, Mr. Bond provides continuing nursing/medical education via twice monthly podcasts (The Emergency Nursing Today Show). He also conducts live courses over the Internet through PhoenixCE (a subsidiary website that provides live and pre-recorded continuing medical education courses). 

In his spare time, Paul plays guitar, spends time working out, reading, and on his many hobbies. He collects fire service memorabilia, is a Pittsburgh Steeler fan (fanatic?), sci-fi, and computer nerd (self labeled!), and recently converted Mac lover. 

Richard Babboni brings the Morning Coach Advisory Board over twenty years of executive management experience, both international and domestic.  For the last two years he has been the CEO of Franktitude Corp, a Miami based fast casual restaurant concept.  Before that he held the position of COO with Lantz-A-Lot, Inc., a Palm Beach based branding, training and marketing organization working with companies in the prestige retail beauty market segment.  In his prior experience Mr. Babboni served as the President/CEO of ALLiSON USA, a Miami based subsidiary of the Italian parent company that is among the world’s leading firms in the production and distribution of fashion eyewear & sunglasses.  In the same sector he was also  the Senior Vice President and COO of Marcolin USA (Coral Gables, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona), and prior to that he held senior level positions with the Luxottica Group both in the US (Coral Gables, Florida) and in Italy (Belluno).  Mr. Babboni also liv ed for five years in Lucca, Italy, where he was the General Manager of COF, a division of the ALI Group the European leader in the foodservice equipment sector.  His broad management background covers all areas of business from strategic planning to administration, human resources, client service, sales, marketing, operations and stakeholder relationship development.  Mr. Babboni earned his a MBA from SDA Bocconi (Milan) and his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from MIT.

Melissa Granger-Monette Melissa is a prolific student of multi-disciplinary creative thinking and prides herself on combining her practical and theoretical art education and her production based commercial design experience. After 10 years as a horticulturist, floral shop owner and Certified FTD Master Designer, Melissa reclaimed her holidays and returned to school. Recruited by a high production ad agency while earning a B.A. in Graphic Design, she swiftly advanced to art director. Almost a decade later she ventured out on her own to create meStudio. Her exclusive style embraces the visual and gives concepts the vehicle to finally emerge. Her astute artistic observations can be read in her column as the National Artist Examiner, as well as the local Graffiti Examiner. She has acquired a devoted following of readers and video blog visitors. Subsequently, she is currently seated on the panel of one of the fastest growing networking associations in the Hampton’s, The Greater Westhampton Networking Association. Melissa's Morning Coach affiliation extends back over 2 years, JB has helped maintain her clarity and continues to inspire her everyday.

Tyler Sparks was born, raised, and presently resides in San Francisco, California. Tyler is currently employed as an assistant home inspector/ contractor and is in the process of transferring to San Francisco State University for a B.S. in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry. Tyler is an enthusiastic and outgoing individual whose life revolves around spirituality, health, and music.

Kari Galgon was born into a family of small business owners.  Both her parents owned their own businesses and she was recruited at an early age to fill out estimates, write receipts and to answer phones. She really enjoyed the feeling of being needed and her parents were delighted they did not have to pay another employee.   Kari started her own adventure of business ownership at the ripe ol’ age of 11 with her older brother.   With borrowed tools and a lawnmower from their parents, a $3.00 gas can, and a neighborhood full of lawns that needed to be maintained, a new entrepreneur was up-and-coming.    The taste of self employment was blossoming into a way of life.   From that point on Kari always had a thirst to own a business.  Kari has owned businesses in both cosmetology & fashion industries.   Currently she assists her husband managing his manufacturing company.   Kari is a strong advocate for small businesses and believes everyone should participate in owning at least one.

Kari feels that participating with the advisory board and on the committees for Morning Coach is very exciting and rewarding. She looks forward to the adventure of expanding MC and meeting several new friends!

Evan Lineberry is an Independent Entertainment Professional in Charlotte, North Carolina. Owner of Evan Lineberry Productions, an audio engineering service provider in the live entertainment industry, Evan specializes in Concert, Corporate and Non-profit events as a traveling freelance audio engineer, consultant, and technical trainer. He grew up in Roanoke, Virginia. Graduated with honors from Patrick Henry High School and earned his Eagle Scout Award through the Boy Scouts of America. He went on to receive a Certificate in Biblical Studies from MorningStar School of Ministry in Charlotte and an Associates in General Studies from Strayer University. His passion is to see people transformed and moving forward into their purpose and calling no matter what their circumstances. Evan is beginning his journey as a personal coach, giving back what life is teaching him; being mentored himself by amazing professional and spiritual leaders.

Tanya Mundo is a loving wife and the mother of four beautiful children. She is also a Personal and Professional Development Coach who enjoys working with others to achieve financial freedom through entrepreneurship and lifestyle design, and to learn how to achieve their full potential by utilizing practical and spiritual principles in order to discover their true life's purpose. Her journey to entrepreneurship has been both rewarding and challenging, but most of all, it has been a spiritual journey of self-discovery that has led her on a path of enlightenment and a search for others who are, or would like to be, on the same path. Tanya is fascinated by people and loves to learn about their values, beliefs, and what motivates them overall. Tanya has a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master's degree in Counseling. She has been a social worker and therapist for over fourteen years and entrepreneur and business owner for seven years. Tanya currently provides coaching through her private practice, Efflorescence Coaching and Consulting. She continues to provide individual and family therapy to those in need, and she also runs a painting/home improvement corporation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Tanya is originally from Puerto Rico and she has a passion for serving the Latino community both in the United States and abroad. Charles Fink has been an avid MorningCoach listener for over two years and is a firm believer in the philosophy of 1% improvement every day. Since earning his MBA in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from Baylor University, Charles has held marketing & CRM roles in both the hospitality and media & entertainment industries. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA where he splits his time between managing the CRM process for a major post production conglomerate and creating marketing strategies for several book and web related businesses that he runs with his domestic partner, Jessica Brody, an international bestselling author of young adult fiction. 

Daphne Sullivan On a new road after a tumultuous year,  Daphne Sullivan (MorningCoach's Compass Writer) is seeking new adventures, experiences and moving at the speed of light in a positive direction. Once upon a time she was a Marketing guru for USA Today in New York City.  

She planned events and worked diligently to establish and grow the newspaper's market share. At various advertising agencies including J Walter Thompson she sharpened her creative and writing skills by working on  many national campaigns.  After a long hiatus where children and marriage were her priority she's back at work and ready to hit theground running.  She brings her i rreverent, emotional, loud, bossy, Latin, loyal, nosy, creative, inquisitive, unstoppable, curious, dancer, night-owl, swimmer, tennis player, photographer, cook, day dreamer, friend, daughter, sister, mother, knitter, fast driver, paddleboarder, fitness freak, martial artist self and sensibility to make an important contribution here at Morning Coach.  She lives and laughs with her three sons, her sweet dog Stella and her mischievous cat Sammy in Weston, Florida.

Charles Wollin - Vice Chairman is a traveler, mountain climber, dad, and blogger (RandomJourneys.com), who has been a listener and participant in the MorningCoach community since March 2007.  My current j-o-b has me traveling the United States helping those who have been affected by local catastrophes.  It's rewarding to help others in their time of need and it gives me an opportunity to do the traveling that I love.
